The Book bank facilities is extended to all SC/ST students and economically backward students of General Category on income basis upto income of Rs. 1 lacs on producing the income certificate by competent authority i.e. Tehsiladar/SDM and if books left then by lottery system. At the maximum five books will be issued  a student subject to availability of books. The book bank charges are:

The book bank books issued are non transferable. The librarian can recall issued books for checking at any time. The book Bank facility of defaulters will be withdrawn. Book Bank books issued are to be returned with in 3 days of last paper of semester end exam., the fine will be imposed  on late return of books as per library rules.

REFERENCE SERVICES

The reference books are Atlases, Bibliographies, Dictionaries, Data books, Directories, Hand books, Reports, Standards, Old question papers etc.  The books of this section are not issued for home reading and are to be consulted in the library premises only. Keeping in view the necessity of reader the librarian may allow a reference book for issue for a short duration at the maximum for three days.

INTER LIBRARY LOAN FACILITIES

The books, which are not available in the library, are procured from other libraries on the request of members.

REPROGRAPHIC FACILITIES

The reprographic facility is available for all members of library on payment of Rs 0.75 per page. The preference is given to get photocopies from the library documents. The faculty members can get 250 photocopies free from the journals in a semester.
